Who we are

We are a dynamic group of bright, ambitious, purpose-driven people from diverse areas of expertise working to help healthcare providers give the best possible patient care.

Our Brainlab team is made up of 87 nationalities working from 25 locations around the world. We develop software, support doctors, research to build innovations of the future and keep the company running. Over the years we have grown from a few dozen employees to a few thousand, but our motivation remains the same: we want to change the world. Our strength is in our diversity and our shared values of being useful, feeding our curiosity and remaining authentic in everything we do. Together, we make an impact on patient lives.
