Radiology is at the center of interdisciplinary communication and presents patient cases in multimedia reports. Our mission is to specifically support radiologists in their reporting and communication and to make the data available in radiological images usable for this purpose. Therefore, university clinics, hospitals, and radiological practices as well as leading contract research organizations (CRO), pharmaceutical and biotechnological companies worldwide work with our software solutions.
Job Description
We are currently searching for a new Healthcare Sales Consultant to oversee our healthcare business in Germany. From our headquarters in Heidelberg and your home office, you will have the freedom to use your creative sales approach to achieve targets, ensure profitability and grow the business.
You will be responsible for sales activities and account management, and pursue ongoing business development. As Healthcare Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of Mint Medical in Germany. Onboarding and training will take place at our headquarters in Heidelberg.
This role is unique at Mint Medical in that it is exceptionally varied. One day you’ll be working with the team in a workshop to develop a new sales strategy, the next you’ll be at the hospital working together with the customer on the purchase of our latest innovative software solution. It’s always exciting, giving you the chance to explore and expand your own capabilities in this fast-paced field. On the day-to-day, you can expect to:
- Engage and build meaningful relationships with customers and key opinion leaders
- Foster existing relationships and create a trusting foundation for further opportunities
- Ensure ongoing network expansion and lead generation
- Travel to existing customer hospitals to expand the product portfolio at those sites
- Visit new customers to onboard them, help them embrace our innovations and manage the account on the long-run to develop our business
- Develop a creative mid and long term strategy in alignment with Mint Medical corporate strategy
- Gather accurate forecast and applicable data to perform budget planning
- Generate and maintain a complete and consistent customer database for assigned territory
- Attend national and international meetings and symposia
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who balances self-sufficiency and drive with great interpersonal skills to really connect with our customers. Ideally, you should have:
- 2 yearsworking experience in sales (preferably software sales) and/or account management
- Experience in a medical/engineering environment is considered as a plus
- A high level of enthusiasm
- Willingness to learn
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills
- A deep sense of commitment and initiative
- A personable, engaging demeanor
- Mandatory fluency in German and English, additional languages are considered as a plus
- Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe (60%)
