We are looking for a Junior Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team and help us deliver meaningful content to our global audience. If you’re passionate about healthcare technology and have a flair for digital storytelling, we want to hear from you!

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and execute social media content aligned with the global strategy, focusing on English-language posts across platforms.
  • Create compelling visual and video content that aligns with our brand’s tone and style.
  • Monitor social media performance and provide insights to enhance our digital presence.
  • Manage community interactions to maintain a positive and informative brand image.
  • Support the broader communications team with copywriting, editing, and proofreading to ensure consistency of brand language.

Qualifications

In order to succeed in this role, you need:

  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C2-level)
  • A collaborative attitude and the ability to work well within a team
  • Experience in social media content development, particularly with visual content and videos
  • Familiarity with analytics tools for monitoring social media metrics
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to ensure compliance with legal and quality standards
  • Strong hands-on mentality and ability to interact with international and interdisciplinary teams
  • Fluency in German is a plus
