Job Description

We are looking for a committed personality with a pronounced hands-on mentality, a flair for detail as well as a decisive eye for the essentials. You enjoy thinking along with others, love to familiarize yourself with various topics and contribute with your organizational skills to all relevant topics of the company. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will provide comprehensive support to the management in all business and organizational matters. You are looking forward to challenging tasks.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Support strategic projects
  • Research, preparation of topics and creation of final reports from various areas of the company
  • Close interface to internal departments, ensuring the flow of information in all directions
  • Contact person for business partners
  • Enhance the CEO’s LinkedIn presence by engaging with relevant topics, first content ideas expanding the network, and fostering professional connections
  • Support in brainstorming and crafting impactful LinkedIn posts that align with the CEO’s voice and company messaging

Qualifications

  • You have successfully completed your commercial or MINT studies with a master's degree
  • You have already gained some professional experience during your studies, ideally also paired with experience/interest in the areas of communication & social media
  • You are business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Your agility and problem-solving skills as well as your pronounced curiosity convince us from day one
  • You have excellent communication skills and a confident service mentality
  • Like a rock in the surf, you bring structure to dynamic times, have a high sense of responsibility and are a fixed point of contact for internal and external contacts
