Job Description
Are you passionate about driving product success in healthcare through cutting-edge Mixed Reality technology? We are looking for a skilled Product Manager – Mixed Reality to drive the strategic development and success of our Mixed Reality portfolio. In this role, you’ll focus on managing the full product lifecycle of our product, driving strategic prioritization, while fostering close partnerships with clinical teams. Your work will span everything from evaluating business opportunities for multiple clinical applications to collaborating with R&D, supporting market strategy, and driving the product’s evolution from development to market success.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic Prioritization: Evaluate business opportunities and prioritize product scope in alignment with clinical needs, ensuring technical feasibility and market impact.
- Lifecycle Management: Manage current product success throughout all phases of the product lifecycle, driving optimizations, and enhancements to keep the product relevant and competitive.
- Customer Insight & Engagement: Gather and analyze feedback from customers, partners, and sales teams to identify new opportunities and guide product improvements.
- Market Strategy Execution: Work alongside clinical Product and Marketing Managers to implement targeted market strategies that boost adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Clinical Team Collaboration: Engage closely with clinical Product Management teams, integrating their insights and managing expectations to drive product success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate efforts with R&D and other departments, ensuring a unified approach to product development and market introduction.
- Sales Support & Product Advocacy: Serve as a passionate product advocate, representing it at events, presentations, and supporting sales with essential tools and training.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and assess global sales performance, aligning results with objectives and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in Product Management, or a related field, ideally in healthcare, Mixed Reality, or high-tech industries.
- University degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Strong strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, with expertise in scope management, evaluation of business opportunities, prioritization, and defining specifications to balance clinical and technical requirements.
- Ability to translate complex contexts and solutions into clear and concise visions and actionable strategies.
- Proven capability to lead and drive the successful implementation of strategies and roadmaps.
- Ability to lead, manage and motivate cross-functional teams to foster effective collaboration with R&D, sales, and clinical teams.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills in both English and German, with an ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively
