Job Description

Are you a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager with a passion for advancing clinical solutions? We are seeking a skilled Product Manager - Microscope Navigation to lead the development, launch, and lifecycle of our Microscope product.

In this role, you will immerse yourself in customer feedback, work closely with clinical experts, and align with cross-functional teams to bring market-leading solutions to life. You will be responsible for overseeing the product’s entire journey—from initial ideation and specification through launch and beyond—ensuring it meets the needs of customers and drives real clinical impact.

Key responsibilities:

  • Sales Enablement & Training: Equip the sales team with powerful tools, training, and resources to effectively promote and sell Microscope Navigation, driving product adoption and customer success.
  • Customer-Centric Improvements: Actively gather and analyze feedback from customers, service teams, and market data to implement product improvements that meet real-world needs.
  • Strategic Prioritization: Evaluate business opportunities and prioritize product scope in alignment with clinical needs, ensuring technical feasibility and market impact.
  • Lifecycle Management: Manage current product success throughout all phases of the product lifecycle, driving optimizations, and enhancements to keep the product relevant and competitive.
  • Sales Support & Product Advocacy: Serve as a passionate product advocate, representing it at events, presentations, in-house visits, and supporting sales with essential tools and training.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and assess global sales performance, aligning results with objectives and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Strategic Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies to boost Microscope Navigation visibility, adoption, and market positioning, ensuring sustainable growth and brand presence.
  • Clinical Team Collaboration: Engage closely with clinical Product Management teams, integrating their insights and managing expectations to drive product success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive, integrated solutions and coordinate efforts with R&D and other departments, ensuring a unified approach to product development and market introduction.
  • Service & Support Coordination: Work closely with our support teams to streamline service processes, elevating customer satisfaction and ensuring consistent, top-tier service quality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in Product Management, Product Marketing, or a similar role, ideally within healthcare, augmented or mixed reality visualization areas, or related high-tech industries.
  • University degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Strong strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, with expertise in scope management, evaluation of business opportunities, prioritization, and defining specifications to balance clinical and technical requirements.
  • Ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams to foster effective collaboration with R&D, sales, and clinical teams.
  • Ability to translate complex contexts and solutions into clear and concise visions and actionable strategies.
  • Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage complex operational and project-based tasks.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in both English and German, capable of driving cross-functional collaboration and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Based in Munich, willingness for up to 20% travel
