Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Manager Mixed Reality. You will play a critical role in our Product Management & Marketing department, by enhancing our customer solutions with our Mixed Reality solutions. Your main responsibility is to drive and ensure the long-term portfolio’s success, transforming our vision into a clear strategy and successful solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining a product vision and strategy, in consultation with GM
  • Transforming this strategy into a clear roadmap
  • Gathering market, customer, partner and sales feedback to analyze customer needs and trends, competitive information and regional requirements
  • Defining and prioritizing product requirements, consolidating requirements of clinical use cases, internal product portfolio strategy, market requirements or serviceability
  • Developing value proposition, messaging and claims – to be substantiated with clinical evidence (with Clinical Marketing)
  • Participating in relevant events and sales presentations to promote our products
  • Monitor global sales and business performance against objectives and forecasts and provide recommendations for improvement

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated expertise in Product Management, with experience in the Mixed Reality field.
  • University degree (Master's degree preferred)
  • Ability to lead, manage and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Strong strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Ability to translate complex contexts and solutions into clear and concise visions and strategies
  • Ability to lead and ensure the implementation of strategies and roadmap
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills in both English and German
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Up to 10% travel required; the position is based in our headquarters in Munich
