Job Description

As a Product Manager in the Strategic Product Management Office, you will drive the prioritization of initiatives and ensure their successful execution. You will act as the key liaison between Product Management and R&D, ensuring alignment, transparency, and efficiency in how we bring new offerings to market. You will also work on empowering Product Managers by providing them with the right processes, tools, and frameworks.

Key responsibilities:

Product Management & R&D Alignment

  • Own the coordination of initiatives, ensuring the right ones are prioritized for development.
  • Develop and maintain a prioritization process, ensuring clear communication and alignment between teams.
  • Monitor and optimize cross-team workflows to ensure efficient execution of projects.
  • Identify and remove blockers to ensure seamless prioritization and execution of initiatives.
  • Improve tracking and reporting mechanisms to create transparency in decision-making (e.g. with General Management).

Empowerment of Product Managers

  • Provide Product Managers with structured frameworks, tools, and best practices.
  • Improve and streamline how Product Managers define, prioritize, and communicate their initiatives.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing and training to strengthen the strategic and operational skills of Product Managers.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Product Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in multi-project management, product operations, or agile coordination in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of R&D processes and agile methodologies.
  • Project Management expertise: Skilled in managing complex product initiatives and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Strategic thinking: Able to balance short-term execution with long-term impact.
  • Strong stakeholder management: Comfortable facilitating discussions and aligning priorities.
  • Strong communication skills: Highly proficient in English, German is a strong plus.
