(Senior) Videographer & Motion Designer

Job Description
Join our team as a senior videographer and motion designer.In this role, you will create exceptional films, animations, and motion graphics using state-of-the-art equipment, including professional video gear and our fully equipped in-house ARRI video studio.
Your work will span various formats, from documentary films shot on location at hospitals, filming in-house videos, to dynamic live streams and creative animations for our communication platforms, events, and trade fairs.

Your responsibilities will be:
- Producing films with professional video-equipment and fully equipped inhouse ARRI video-studio
- Video filming at hospitals and Brainlab headquarters (documentary, image films, etc.)
- Video recording, editing, color correction and audio mixing
- Creation of animations and motion graphics for our communication platforms, events and trade fairs, from conception to delivery
- Planning of live streams/events
- Developing film scripts, storyboards and style frames
- Contribution of your own creations and conceptual ideas
- Adaption of our communication design language into motion graphics
- Personal project responsibility for internal and external projects
Qualifications
- Completed studies or training in videography, editing, motion design, or at least 5 years of professional experience
- Skilled with professional cameras and lights, both video- and photography
- Proficient in developing film scripts, storyboards and style frames
- Experienced in color grading
- Versatile as motion designer and communication designer
- Premiere, DaVinci, AfterEffects and Photoshop are your tools of choice
- Experience with Cinema 4D is a plus
- Attention to detail as well as a good sense for timing and flow and brand experience
- Fundamental understanding of streaming solutions
- Good knowledge of German and English
