Job Description
Are you a proactive and motivated student with a passion for product management and businessstrategy? Join our Product Management - Enabling Products team at Brainlab! We manage three key portfolios: Instruments & Disposables, Platforms, and Service & Support. As a working student, you’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the area Service & Support, but also to work across all teams. An activity focus will be on business and market analytics, sales intelligence, process & data flow architecture and shaping exceptional customer experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage key work packages of projects focusing on customer identities, product/service usage, and related business processes with high strategic importance, contributing directly to the team’s success
- Support at projects, dealing with e.g. e-commerce, process & data flow architecture or data-driven activities
- Drive own initiatives/small projects on customer analytics with regards to Service & Support offerings
- Support (daily) tasks and strategic initiatives, ensuring smooth team operations at Product Management Service & Support
- Engage with product managers and collaborate closely with diverse teams and departments across Brainlab, gaining exposure to a broad range of functions
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business, marketing, or related field, with a keen interest in exploring the wider field of product management. Ideally focusing on/being interested in digital business processes, IT structure, or e-commerce
- First experience in project management or related activities
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently with a structured approach
- Strong communication skills and a passion for collaboration, with an assertive and hands-on mentality
- Exceptional observation and listening skills, with the ability to translate insights into action
- Fluent in both German and English
