Job Description

Are you an organized and driven student with a strong interest in optimization and tools that support effective product management? Join our Product Management PMO & Enabling Products team at Brainlab! Our role is to empower Product Managers to reach their goals, enable great customer experiences through our products, and thereby maximize customer value. As a working student, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our efficiency and alignment, focusing on processes, templates, and knowledge sharing to drive impactful outcomes.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve Product Management Workflows & Processes: Assist in refining essential product management processes and workflows, ensuring that they are streamlinedand effective
  • Build and maintain Tools & Templates: Help create and maintain practical tools and templates that enhance the efficiency of our product management activities
  • Coordinate Product Management meetings: Support the planning and execution of overarching meetings, fostering alignment and collaboration across Product Management
  • Maintain and improve our Knowledge Base: Contribute to the organization and improvement of our Product Management Knowledge Base, ensuring up-to-date and accessible resources for the team
  • Support additional Product Management tasks: Take on various tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business, marketing, engineering, or related field, with a strong interest in product management processes and organizational efficiency
  • First experience in project management, process improvement, or administrative support, with an interest in tools and template development
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to tasks
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams, with an assertive and hands-on mentality
  • Analytical mindset with excellent observation and listening skills, able to identify areas for improvement and take initiative to address them
  • Fluent in both German and English
