Product Management & Marketing
We bring Brainlab to the world through digital, traditional and experiential campaigns. Marketing encompasses Product Management, Corporate Marketing & Events, and is made up of marketing experts, project managers and creatives who work together to showcase Brainlab. Our Product Management works closely together with R&D and Marketing – to manage our product.
Why we do what we do
Through our daily marketing and communication efforts, we help spread the word about Brainlab products and all the ways they can improve the lives of patients and their clinicians.
Areas of expertise
Product Management
Product Management has three main areas of responsibility: product management, which includes product portfolio management and the definition of our next generation products; marketing management, which includes product launches and the creation of product marketing materials; and clinical research management, which drives publications that emphasize the clinical relevance and uniqueness of our products.
Strategic & Digital Marketing
Strategic & Digital Marketing builds, evolves and communicates the Brainlab story. Across all channels the team provides consistent, compelling and relevant information about our company and products to healthcare providers, physicians and patients.
Events & Exhibits
The Events & Exhibits team takes care of the conception and realization of national and international conferences, tradeshows, symposiums and workshops, as well as social events for employees. The team infuses all of their passion and energy into ensuring that every tradeshow and congress Brainlab attends is highly organized and compellingly communicates the company vision.
How we hire
We are committed to providing applicants with the best experience when they apply for a job at Brainlab. After all, you may be walking the halls or representing us in your region soon, so we’re going to show you how valuable you are from get-go! Generally speaking, the process can involve a discovery call, video interview and/or personal interview and further assessment rounds to determine that you’re the right fit at Brainlab.
1. Submit application
Check out our open opportunities and apply online. Didn’t find the position you were hoping for? Sign up for our Talent Pool so we can access your application for future positions.
2. Discovery call
As a first step, we’ll have a telephone interview. This call is a chance to discover a little more about you and clarify any open questions you may have. If it’s a success, we’ll get back to you about next steps within two weeks.
3. Assessment Round
If the role requires specific technical skills, you’ll likely to be invited to an assessment round before or after the discovery call. Depending on the position, you may be asked to complete specific tasks to test your skill.
4. Face-to-face Interview
If you’ve done well in the previous rounds, it’s time for a personal or video interview. We’ll ask you competency-based and technical questions, if applicable, and answer any queries you have about the role and company.
5. Leadership Interview
Depending on the role, you may also be asked to join an interview with our leadership, like a member of our General Management team.

Do I have to prepare anything for the interview?
Yes, a task will be sent to you in advance, which you will present at the final stage of the interview process.
How long do I have to wait for a reply?
Business casual. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable!
What documents should I attach to my application?
In addition to a cover letter, we’d love to have copies of your CV, transcripts of your records and certifications, as well as your references, salary expectations and earliest possible start date. Please also feel free to include your portfolio if it’s relevant to the position you’re applying for.
Is there a dresscode for the personal interviews?
Business casual. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable!
How many interview steps are there?
Between two and three. There will definitely be an initial discovery call with the hiring manager and a personal interview at headquarters with Human Resources, the hiring manager and possibly also team members.
