Project Manager - Brainlab Culture Program

Marketing Mid-Senior Level Munich, BY, Germany

Founded in Munich, Germany in 1989, Brainlab develops, manufactures and markets software-driven medical technology, enabling access to improved, more efficient, less-invasive patient treatments. Our key to success is our creative, talented and hard-working team, which consists of around 2400 dedicated and inspiring individuals in 25 locations worldwide. To succeed in reaching our targets, we are seeking committed colleagues who can stand behind our core values curious, authentic and useful.

For a good corporate culture and sustainable social commitment

In addition to its leading position as a technology group, Brainlab stands for value orientation and a corporate culture that makes an important contribution to society through a multi-layered commitment.

With the Brainlab Culture Program, the company aims to assume greater operational responsibility for the future-oriented positioning of socially relevant topics through its own artistic and cultural commitments. We promote cultural projects that stimulate audiences to reflect and to take them out of their own comfort zones. Societies are becoming increasingly polarized, and today, more than ever, we’re dependent on understanding and cooperation. At Brainlab, we believe that a strong cultural landscape has a clear influence on the sustainable development of our society. Art sharpens our awareness of social fault lines and forces us to confront them. In this way, artists create free spaces and promote discourse so society can reflect on itself and its future. This is why we advocate cultural projects that promote experimentation and create community. Together with our cultural partners, we’re dedicated to being a source of inspiration and arousing curiosity about the autonomy of art.
