QM Associate - Complaint Specialist

Despite our goal to achieve greatest possible reliability and quality in our devices, innovative products can fail. As QM Associate – Complaint Documentation you will be part of an international team overseeing, evaluating and managing customer complaints and potentially systematic product problems, with the goal to continuously improve the reliability and performance of our devices.
Your responsibilities will be
- the handling of customer complaints and other customer/product feedback mainly related to the softwaredevices of the Brainlab Product Portfolio, including coordination of investigation, follow up of action implementation and appropriate documentation
- the interaction with colleagues from the Brainlab worldwide Customer Support department as well as from the Research & Development departmentsto jointly analyze various technical problems and trends
- the review of quality data as well as support the analysis of those and initiate evaluation on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in order to enable continuous improvement of Brainlab products
- to play an active role in maintenance and improvement of the Quality System (FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485) as well as participate and support in internal and external quality audits of Brainlab
Qualifikationen
- Degree in engineering or life sciences preferred, but other degrees may be considered
- Interest in Software-based medical devices
- Interest / experience in quality management and statistical analysis
- Excellent documentation practice and communication skills
- A structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach
- Persuasive power and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in the use of MS Office
