Are you a proactive and motivated student with a passion for digital & IT strategy, as well as project management? Join our Strategic Digital & IT Office team at Brainlab! We orchestrate and lead corporate digital and IT projects. As a working student, you’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the areas of Business Applications and Information Technology, but also to work across different teams. One activity focus will be on process & data flow architecture and shaping exceptional customer experience.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage key work packages of projects focusing on customer identities, product/service usage, and related business processes with high strategic importance, contributing directly to the team’s success.
  • Support at projects, dealing with e.g. process & data flow architecture or data-driven activities.
  • Drive own initiatives/small projects supporting the above-mentioned topics
  • Support (daily) tasks and strategic initiatives such ensuring smooth team operations at Strategic Digital & IT Office
  • and post-processing of required documentatoin for projects
  • Collaborate and communicate closely with diverse teams and departments across Brainlab, gaining exposure to a broad range of functions

Qualifikationen

  • Enrolled in a business, IT, or related field, with a keen interest in exploring the wider field of strategic topics. Ideally focusing on/being interested in digital business processes or IT structure.
  • Availability for ideally 6 months.
  • First experience in project management or related activities is a plus.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently with a structured approach.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for collaboration, with an assertive and hands-on mentality.
  • Exceptional observation and listening skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
