We want cultural diversity. Brainlab is made up of people from all over the world who bring with them their ideas, impressions and know-how. Although we are a German company, only about 45% of our workforce is German. Brainlab is a truly global organization because we understand that globalization comes from inside.

  • Brainlab founded

    Stefan Vilsmeier establishes Brainlab in his parents’ home, using proceeds from his bestselling book about 3D graphics.

  • Brainlab opens first office

    An apartment in Poing, a small town near Munich, serves as the first Brainlab official headquarters.

  • Brainlab acquires Voyant Health

    Israel-based cloud computing expert Voyant Health, which would later be renamed Brainlab Israel, is acquired by Brainlab.
